Shipping: Please allow us 5-7 business days to prepare, package, and ship your order. During holiday or peak season, please allow up to 14 days.

Custom Order Policy: At Small town wear, we want to make sure that all of our customers have an exceptional experience when they shop with us. That's why we offer a custom order policy that allows you to create the perfect item for you. When you place a custom order, we'll work with you to make sure that your product meets your exact specifications. Our team is committed to delivering the highest quality product, so you can rest assured that your unique item will be crafted to perfection. All custom orders must be paid for and approved by you before we will start working on it. Please note that we do not offer Refunds/Returns on custom orders.

If you need to cancel a Custom Order you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive your full refund.
